Ben installed our new boiler back in 2019 and he and his team did a fantastic job. There were a couple of minor issues that needed attending to shortly after, but Ben responded very swiftly and efficiently (arriving within an hour on a Saturday night!), and we've only needed to see him annually for our boiler service. We get a timely reminder every year and he's always flexible on the days and times. He is consistently friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
