Expert Advice & News

Protecting our customers and our engineers.

We are following Government advice and running a limited emergency service at the moment due to COVID-19. If you need us for a boiler repair or replacement, we will do our very best to assist you. However, if we do need to visit your home, we’ll ask you some extra questions:

Please do make us aware and confirm if:

  1. Anyone in the property has been diagnosed with COVID-19
  2. Anyone in the property has been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19
  3. Anyone in the property is self-isolating
  4. Anyone in your home is at higher risk (e.g. 70 or older)

When our engineer visits, we would ask that you assist us in keeping everybody safe by:

  1. Asking everyone in the property to stay in a separate room from our engineer while they work – this should be a room without any gas appliances or the gas meter
  2. Opening all the windows in the room where our engineer will be working

Thank you for your cooperation in helping to keep our community safe.

When visiting your property, our engineers will wear protective equipment, including gloves and a mask, but please don’t be alarmed.

We’re committed to keeping our engineers safe, as well as the families we visit, as we respond to boiler emergencies. We’ll continue to follow all Government and public health advice on precautionary measures to reduce the risk to ourselves and our customers, including guidance on social distancing as well as additional personal protective equipment.

As the pandemic progresses and Government advice evolves, we may need to adapt the ways we work even more. We will keep this page updated with details of any further changes to our services.

If your enquiry is not an emergency, you can take advantage of our BOILER QUOTE tool  and obtain a quote without the need for an engineer to visit your home.
